Dr. Brooke provides personalized professional development to schools, districts, and organizations. She will survey your organization to find out what they want to learn about and create engaging sessions that meet the needs of your educators. Teachers especially appreciate this personalized attention and principals and district leaders are grateful for the focus on their specific community and unique needs with their students and improvement plans. Her work as a parent, teacher, and administrator gives her a perspective into the home, school, and overall district vision. She can teach, present, coach, discuss, plan curriculum and inspire!

"Over the last year, I have worked with Dr. Brooke to provide professional development for our teachers and paraprofessionals. She first worked with our Kindergarten and 1st grade teachers to help develop common commitments around language and literacy instruction to impact our students' learning experiences. Our first grade team focused on learning about and implementing Guided Reading. Thanks to Dr. Brooke's training and support, our first grade team was able to implement the use of running records and Guided Reading to differentiate and meet the various needs of our students during remote and hybrid instruction.

She also provided training for our paraprofessionals on the following topics: using data to support instruction, supporting students through high leverage instructional practices, cultural awareness, and equity. The staff provided great feedback from all the training opportunities, and we look forward to working with her more in the future. "

Dr. Brooke is passionate about empowering parents/caregivers to become their child's first and most important teacher. She believes all parents/caregivers want the best for their children, it is just a matter of knowing more many times. Especially in this time of remote learning, there are many aspects to think about when it comes to your own child's learning. Making informed decisions about your child's learning is crucial. If you want a virtual session with Dr. Brooke this can be arranged. If you want an at home educational program created for your child to supplement your child's traditional classroom education or remote learning that can be arranged as well and created for your specific child's interest.
